How do I join the Rewards Program?
Create a Saddler & Co customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using the loyalty program widget ‘Loyalty Rewards' on the right of your screen.

We want to say thank you to our loyal customers who have supported and the beauty of Australian craftsmanship. The Saddler & Co Loyalty Program rewards you from the moment you start shopping with us - receive special discounts, exclusive access to events, sales, and limited offers.

How do I earn points?

Every time you order a full priced item online or in store at Saddler & Co, you will receive points – 1 point per $1 spent. This is applied automatically. You can also earn points for completing your profile, referring friends and following Saddler & Co on social media. Check the Loyalty Rewards widget to the right of your screen to click on all the ways to “earn” points.

How do I activate my rewards?

Once you have earned enough points to activate a reward, you’ll be able to redeem them for a unique discount code. You will do this online through clicking the Loyalty Rewards widget. Enter your CODE at the checkout. Copy + paste your special code into the “discount code” bar and then click the button to the right “apply”. Your Rewards code can’t be used with other discounts.
If you wish to use your Loyalty Rewards in store, please let our team know at the time.

What are the rewards?

You will be rewarded with a $25 voucher for every 500 points you earn at Saddler & Co. You will received this as a unique discount code and then you will have 12 months where these points remain valid. This voucher can be used online or in store with a minimum spend of $125. If you save or accumulate 1000 points, you can receive a unique code to enjoy 15% off your next order.

How do I check my points?

Every time you shop online, you’ll receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. You can also check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'Check Rewards' on our Loyalty Rewards widget located on the right of our website.

When do my points expire?

Your Saddler & Co loyalty points will expire if you do not shop with us for more than a year. As an example, perhaps you placed an order in February 2023 and don’t order again until July 2024. If this happens, unfortunately your Loyalty points will be reset back to 0. However, you don’t have to remember when the points are close to expiring as we’ll send you an email reminder. All you need to do is to shop with Saddler & Co once more, and your points will remain active for another year.

Terms and Conditions

Saddler & Co maintains the rights to modify or cancel Loyalty Rewards at any time.

Rewards vouchers and codes can only be used once, nor used with any other offer.

Please note points are not earned on shipping fees.

In the case of returns that involve an item purchased with a Loyalty code, the discount or value will be subtracted
